Chief Commercial Officer for one of the top 5 national telecommunications firms in Nigeria
Job objectives
1. Develop and implement a commercial strategy - pulling together marketing, distribution and customer care - that achieves subscriber acquisition and retention targets and increases market share and profitability.
2. Rationalise and redevelop the commercial organisation - marketing, sales, distribution, and customer care.
3. Develop the business sales organisation.
4. Develop and introduce a compelling new customer and brand proposition.
5. Develop a compelling new product portfolio to maximise revenue and loyalty
6. Review existing and develop a new tariff strategy incorporating emerging data opportunities
7. Raise the quality of customer contact and customer care to the highest standard in the market
8. Rationalise existing company owned distribution outlets and redefine the customer experience in existing ones
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience at an executive level in a wireless telecommunications environment, preferably in an emerging market.
Experience leading a large organisation
Experience leading a +100 person sales organisation
