PROJECT MANAGER Our client aims to be a leader in the fabrication of drilling and production platforms, as well as other specialized structures in the oil and gas industry in West Africa. Their services include provision of full range of design, construction and maintenance services to their clients. These services include the fabrication of offshore and inshore platforms (hulls, jackets, topsides, caissons, and piles), living quarters, electrical buildings, process vessels, skids and small modules, as well as corrosion protection services of structures and offshore hook-ups.

GENERAL PURPOSE
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification in project management or equivalent
Must have experiences specific to sub-sea pipe laying and remediation, topsides installation and production platforms reconstruction in offshore locations.
