I. GENERAL INFORMATION:
TechnoServe is a rapidly growing non-profit organization dedicated to the expansion of economic opportunity and income for the poor in over 20 countries. Founded in 1968, TechnoServe implements projects that enhance the competitiveness of agricultural and other industry “value chains” for the benefit of small-holder farmers and other market participants in developing countries. A second main focus is the identification and development of high potential entrepreneurs for the expansion of their businesses and generation of employment opportunities.  TechnoServe employs a staff of 700 business and technical specialists and program managers throughout its network in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa and India.

II. PRIMARY PURPOSE & FUNCTION:
TechnoServe is in the process of launching new programs in West and Southern Africa, and is seeking senior managers to oversee the implementation of those programs. This includes the development and maintenance of a robust and impactful program strategy, management of day to day operations in line with that strategy, recruitment and retention of staff and representation of TechnoServe to external partners and donors.

III. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Impact
• Developing the strategic vision for the program/country and its execution

The Fistula Care project is a five year cooperative agreement, funded by the United States Agency for International Development and managed by EngenderHealth in collaboration with partners. It seeks to increase access to quality treatment services for obstetric fistula, improve prevention, strengthen the environment to support prevention, treatment and reintegration services, and to conduct research to improve the quality of services.

JOB SUMMARY
Based in Sokoto, the medical associate will support strengthening Fistula Care prevention and repair activities as assigned. S/he will be responsible for working closely with medical staff in project supported sites and providing technical assistance for interventions related to fistula prevention and repair .

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Deputy Project Manager, the Medical Associate will:
• Provide technical assistance to supported sites fistula prevention and repair activities in Supported States in Nigeria in accordance with EngenderHealth standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate, monitor and, when appropriate, participate in training of providers to improve skills and clinical competence, in both prevention and repair.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY

The Chief of Party (COP) is the lead DynCorp International Development (DI Development) employee in the assigned country providing the primary contact with the program?s sponsoring client. S/He will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and framework under which the Rule of Law/Justice Sector Reform/Anticorruption Activity will be implemented. The COP will carry out his/her responsibilities with the client in a professional manner consistent with DI corporate values. The COP will carry power-of-attorney on behalf of DI in-country in relation to program implementation activities. S/he will report to, and be evaluated by, the assigned DI Program Director (PD). In the position as COP, s/he will be responsible for DI?s field presence, contractual compliance and all aspects of program implementation and management. The COP will also be responsible for effectively positioning DI for option year funding and other business development opportunities such as follow-on or new contracts.

Reviews and demonstrates knowledge about executed contract including its Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and AID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR) clauses and ensures all contract obligations are met.
Directs program start-up activities such as office set-up, preparation and finalization of program work plan and budget for base (and options years) as well as the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (M&E) and oversees program close-out activities, including final report preparation.
Implements approved contract, providing technical and administrative direction to assure the program is managed according to the contract, approved work plan and work plan budget and that activities beyond the approved work plan and work plan budget are not undertaken, managing to meet all program requirements and budgeted targets.

The successful candidate will be required to:
Push emerging categories & NPD products.
Identify channel opportunities & support frontline sales.
Carry out specific market analysis & penetration strategy.
Phase & phase out SKUs.

THE PERSON:   The right candidate must:
Have a minimum of first degree in Science or Engineering
Have between six(6) to seven(7) years working experience in Engineering, Consumer durable products like generators, freezers, fridges, inverters, cars etc.
Have good analytical skills to analyse trade data.

Love travelling & be willing to travel extensively.
Be an extrovert with excellent interpersonal skills.
Be willing to take up higher level of responsibilities and work under pressure.

Position: Master Data and PO Creation
Job description:
To ensure proper and accurate management of ERP Master data and vendor performance management for efficient operations and compliance with controls requirements.
Expected End Results

Supporting Activities:
Master Data and ERP maintenance
Management and maintenance of Oracle master data for PO, Contract and Inventory modules
Responsible for coaching and training the teams for correct usage of the system and processes
Liaison with the HQ process team for implementing system improvements time to time

Vendor Helpdesk Management:
Vendor payment tracker maintenance
Receipt and booking of invoices and first-level vendor issues resolution
Follow-up and monitor vendor performance evaluations
Contract database maintenance

Educational Qualifications/Experience:
Qualification in Business Administration
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
1-2 years Prior work experience of purchase function

Functional / Technical Skills and Other Requirements:
Experience of using ERP Procurement Module
Functional knowledge of SCM Operations
Preferably knowledge on ERP/Oracle for SCM
Excellent with MS Office products
Excellent communication skills (English – Written & Verbal)
Computer hands-on experience: MS Office & good typing skills
Good problem solving skills – ability to visualize the problem and think abstractly to solve it
