JOB TITLE: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Integrate quality management procedures to all business processes within the regional sales function and their effective deployment on a day-to-day basis
Ensure cost-effective management & sales campaigns for all Enterprise Solutions Tier 3 & 4 accounts in the regions in the following areas:

Account assignment
Account management
Contact & sales campaign strategy
Account Development Plans (ADP)
Customer satisfaction
Coaching of account managers
Implement standard sales propositions developed by ES Senior Manager Regional & SME, ensuring that they are tailored to the needs of the region or sales campaign
Use appropriate performance metrics & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to routinely monitor progress against targets, taking appropriate managerial action to ensure all sales targets & KPI’s are met or exceeded
Set monthly & quarterly targets for regional sales, agreed with Senior Manager Regional & SME
Develop compelling business cases (motivations) for investment in regional & SME sales, clearly identifying return on investment and risk/s
Supply relevant decision support and management information data to ensure that sales regional performance conform to expectations
Manage all resources assigned to regional sales efficiently, profitably meeting the agreed needs of all customers & prospects

JOB CONDITIONS: Standard MTN working conditions
REPORTING TO: Senior Manager Regional & SME Accounts

REQUIRED SKILLS:
A degree from a reputable University
Masters degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
8 years working experience including;
At least 3 years managerial experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in the enterprise market and sales management in the telecommunications industry
Experience in developing key accounts as well as sourcing new business opportunities

APM Terminals commenced operations in Nigeria in March, 2006. Apapa is Nigeria’s largest port and contains a number of wharfs. This position will be strategically responsible for proposing, managing and administering remuneration packages that drive a performance culture. In addition, manage various activities related to job analysis, job evaluation, compensation administration; payroll administration and welfare programmes. The position reports to Head, Human Resources.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepares and maintains organizational structures, including Job Analysis, Job Classification and Job grading.
Reviews salary recommendations (merit, equity, promotion) and provides explanations in support of those recommendations. In addition, monitor organisation’s salary structure and benefits, administer Incentive Programmes, and balance cost control with the need to attract and retain staff.

Develops and implements competitive benefit packages and remuneration strategy, in alignment with market remuneration conditions and industry benchmarks; ensuring they are in line with legal requirements.
Administers the various compensation programs in the Company, including base pay and total compensation.

Participates in the development and implementation of Manuals, Policies and Procedures.
Ensures collection, compilation and maintenance of Overtime, Loans and Leave & Attendance data and ensure timely transmission of the information to Systems and Personnel Research.
Administers the Welfare programmes, such as Pension and Medical schemes, and ensures budget compliance, proper maintenance and follow up.
Provides Coaching for the Compensation and Benefits Supervisor and requisite direction to the Compensation and Benefits.

YOUR PROFILE
Requires a university degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management or in other disciplines such as Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Public Administration, and Business Administration.
Requires at least four to six years of being responsible for compensation, welfare and benefits within an organization. At least two years of management / supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
