Candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and updating Human Resources Services, policies, procedures and programs for the company. Responsible for recruitment, hiring, orientation, development and training. Carry out yearly manpower analysis and organizational planning for the company. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
BSC in Humanities or other equivalent qualification in relevant field membership of IPM and other relevant professional organization, the possession of master degree is an added advantage. A good university degree/higher diploma in any field. At least 3years experience. masters is an added advantage. Must be Male between the ages of 30-40 yeas. Must possess good oral communication skills
