JOB TITLE: WEB MANAGER/GRAPHIC ARTIST/DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translating a client’s marketing or informational content into a functional website.
Mapping or outlining a website’s structural content.
Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.
Determining all coding requirements for site creation including: e-commerce capability, forms and specialized scripts.

Advises on selection of the right combination of resources to execute contracts
Manages the whole cost structure related to projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have 3 years experience in civil engineering and construction infrastructure projects and also buildings, mainly involved in estimating and cost management
